Show Up For Happy Hour At Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium

Sarasota, FL - Everyone is looking for a great deal, especially in these economically-challenging times. Mote Aquarium visitors can now get a great post-holiday deal to start their budgets off right this year with Mote’s new Happy Hour special.

All general admission tickets will be half price from 3-5 p.m. daily during the entire months of January and February. During this special offer, the admission price is $8.50 for adults, $6 for children ages 4 to 12, and free for children age 3 and under.

“We’re very excited to offer this great discount,” said Aquarium Vice President Dan Bebak, “for less than ten dollars a person, visitors will be able to spend an afternoon with fascinating marine animals.”
 
A Mote Aquarium admission ticket provides guests with access to interactive theaters, touch pools and opportunities to meet over 100 species of marine life including sharks, dolphins, seahorses, manatees and sea turtles. The Aquarium offers unique experiences to learn about Mote Marine Laboratory’s world-renowned research. Visitors can observe scientists at work in viewable laboratories and also interact with knowledgeable docents stationed through the Aquarium.
 
Special Happy Hour pricing is not valid with any other offer or discount and excludes groups and special events. The Happy Hour promotion is valid Jan. 1 – Feb. 28, 2009.
Mote Aquarium is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., 365 days a year. Regular ticket prices are $17 for adults and $12 for children ages 4-12.
