The Pumpkin & Scarecrow Fest is Underway at Cosley Zoo

Wheaton, IL - The Pumpkin & Scarecrow Fest at Cosley Zoo takes place from October 1st and runs through October 31st. The fest offers something for the entire family. Visitors are invited to tour the animal exhibits and enjoy the cornstalk tunnel and straw pyramid. Guests may also shop for pumpkins, apple cider, caramel apples, Indian corn and unique fall decorations and gifts in the Wild Side Gift Shop.

Plus, weekend and Columbus Day offer an Animal Discovery Zone from 10am to Noon. Some activities require a small fee or purchase.

The Pumpkin & Scarecrow Fest is a long-time tradition at Cosley Zoo and is made possible by generous support of Community Bank, the event sponsor.

Cosley Zoo will be open daily from 9am to 5pm. All children and residents of Wheaton are free. Nonresidents are $3.00 and seniors are $2.00. For more information, log on to www.cosleyzoo.org or call 630.665.5534.
