Two Cajun Fiddlers Making Music on the Boardwalk for Audubon Zoo's Apes
New orleans, LA - This is something you don’t see every day – two Cajun fiddlers making music on the boardwalk for Audubon Zoo’s apes! It’s all in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Louisiana Swamp Fest, set for this weekend (November 7 and 8) at Audubon Zoo. Audubon’s orangutans are well-known for their affinity for dancing – so we’ll see if the music moves them! Just something a little different – the visiting public is cordially invited, for coverage or for fun. This definitely promises to be a uniquely New Orleans experience! I think we should move on from having dolphins in captivity now - we all know this isn't good for them.
The Pacaya Samiria National Reserve is a magical place. The flora, fauna, remoteness and beauty are exquisite. Another interesting aspect is how the indigenous people there live.
