Experience prior to this position:
Previously CEO of the Zoological Society of London and has spent his entire career, approaching 40 years, in the wildlife and Zoo management field. He has worked in more than 50 countries, mainly in Africa and the Middle East. He has been on the Councils of both World Wildlife Fund U.S. and U.K., was a former Chairman of Fauna and Flora International and is currently Chairman of one of the world's largest international animal welfare organizations, the Brooke.

Favorite part of your job:
The enormous diversity of the work involved from day to day problem solving at the Zoo to involvement in international issues of Zoo management and animal welfare.
One dream wish for your facility:
Build the third "continent" Asia
