La Jolla, CA - Celebrate Springtime in the Sea during the ‘EGGS-travaganza’ at Birch Aquarium at Scripps Scripps Institution of Oceanography/University of California, San Diego.

Spring is an eggs-tra special time of year when many ocean animals are hatched or born. Visit Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego, for a week of special activities that highlight the wonders of reproduction in the sea. Spring EGGS-travaganza offers hands-on family fun with marine animals and their eggs, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., April 6 – April 12.

Come face-to-face with egg-laying marine animals, including squids, fishes and sharks. Create a shark egg craft, listen to story times and participate in a daily activity throughout the aquarium.
