We are one of the few sanctuaries in the United States that will take felines deemed 'unadoptable' at other humane societies. We have cats from more than 26 states and all across Iowa. We give these felines a 'chance at a lifetime' in spite of the disease, medical condition, or behavioral issue involved with the animals care. We even take felines who have issues with using the litter box after all efforts have been exhausted to retrain these felines. All the animals are truly 'at home' at our sanctuary and their quality of living is of the utmost importance to our staff and volunteers.
