We are located in a small 2 1/2 acre park with over 180 wildlife animals representing 89 species. the Zoos premier residents, the Big Bear Grizzly family. Tutu, a Three Strikes grizzly and her two cubs, were rescued by the Friends of the Moonridge Zoo from the Yellowstone National Park area where they were scheduled to be euthanized. Visit Hucklebeary, the rescued three-legged black bear, and our two other black bears that share their living space with him. The Moonridge Animal Park is also home to two mountain lions, Cascade & Canyon. Their exhibit is one of our most popular exhibits in the Park. Wood bison, fishers, ringtails, lynx, and coatimundi are some of the unusual inhabitants in the Park. You will also see wildlife native to the surrounding mountains, such as bald eagles, bobcats, coyotes, and raccoons. Also featured are a walkthrough aviary and a reptile room.
