Fox Wood Wildlife Rescue, Inc is a not for profit wildlife rehabilitation center and sanctuary for canines. We specialize in fox, but also focus on coyotes, bobcats, weasels, skunks and bats. While we do not advocate these animals as pets, we have provided quite a few of these with permanent sanctuary. Fox Wood Wildlife Rescue is very successful because we are very private- we feel that our animals prefer a single handler and controlled visits by appointment only. Since our expertise is in the canines, we are also a highly specialized dog rescue, focusing on the Great Pyrenees Breed and also on elusive dogs that have been lost by their owners. We are USDA inspected and licensed facility.

Fox Wood is also a sanctuary for unreleasable fox. We also provide the public with education about foxes, coyotes, skunks, bats, bobcats and weasels. Our director, Elise Able is also highly experienced in fox, coyote and domestic dog capture. She specializes in lost dogs - and dogs that consistently elude capture attempts. Elise is licensed in Wildlife rehabilitation, Nuisance Wildlife Control, Chemical capture and to house wildlife.
