Kansas City, Mo., Residents Receive Free Zoo Admission Wed, 10/1/2008 - 12:59 PM — rudy

To celebrate the ongoing partnership among the Kansas City Zoo, the Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Kansas City, the Zoo, once again, is offering free admission to residents of Kansas City, Mo. during October and November.

 

City residents can get free admission by coming to the Zoo during regular business hours in October and November. Residents must bring a photo identification and proof of residency. Proof of residency can be established with a utility bill, credit card bill, cell phone bill, etc., depicting a Kansas City, Missouri address. Only the immediate family members at that address receive free admission.

 

The Zoo is open from 9:30 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, through October 31.  November through February, hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
