Job Shadowing at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo

The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo supports Baldwin and Mobile County schools participating in the Educational Job Shadowing Program. Students “shadow” staff members around and observe workers in action. They also participate “hands on” by doing some of the work of the employee they are job shadowing. Job Shadowing programs consist of as little as four hours in one day up to a full school week.
